German company, founded in 1939 by Peter Bock in Heidelberg, a district where nib production had a great development, following the bankruptcy of Kaweco, which had seen many employees setting up their own business. The company has always specialised in the production of nibs and today is probably the most important nibs manufacturer in the world. Its nibs are used by the major brands of fountain pens, including the most famous ones. The production of its own brand nibs is marked by a logo illustrating a goat jumping over a mountainous background, echoing an "animal" theme also adopted by other manufacturers such as Rupp and G. Rau.
