Azienda tedesca. Fondata ad Heidelberg dopo il fallimento della [[Kaweco]] del [[1929]] da ''Peter Rupp'' come fabbrica produttrice di pennini, contraddistinta dal marchio di una testa di leone. Acquisita nel 1975 dalla [[Reform]].
