Comme pour les photogrpahies, pour chaque "scan" doit être utilisé et apposé un texte au format Wiki pour en inscrire les informations sur sa page. Pour ce faire il a lui aussi été standardisé en function des divers types de "scan", de façon à être cohérent et pouvoir utiliser un modèle (Template) acceptant la génération automatique. Vous pouvez voir ci-dessous un exemple :
