Faber-Castell'' e la ''[[Johan Faber A. G.]]'' dando vita alla ''Faber-Castell'' di oggi. Nel [[1935]] la ''Faber-Castell'' iniziò ad acquistare le azioni della ''[[Osmia]] A.
