In seguito, all'incirca negli anni '30, venne realizzata una nuova serie di penne in celluloide, con lo stesso stile dei modelli [[Ancora]] contemporanei, con finiture sia cromate che laminate in oro molto semplici e un fermaglio scalettato o svasato. Le ''Goliarda'' di questo tipo erano di buone dimensioni ed equipaggiate con [[caricamento a levetta]] o a [[pulsante di fondo]]. Con questi nuovi modelli veniva sempre riportata sul corpo l'iscrizione ''"Goliarda"'', ma posta al di sopra del classico logo dell'ancora che ne indicava chiaramente le origini.
