In questo caso il nome del file deve seguire strettamente la convenzione adottata, che consente di generare in maniera automatica i collegamenti al file, pertanto tutti i file dei brevetto dovranno essere assegnati con nome nella forma:

dove XX è il codice a due lettere del paese in cui il brevetto è stato ottenuto, lo stesso che si è inserito nel template illustrato di seguito per il campo "Country", e NNNNNN è il numero del brevetto, lo che si è inserito nel template illustrato di seguito per il campo "PatentNum".
