In particular, the latter was one of the strengths of [[Kaweco]], who can claim, with [[Waterman]], to be one of the first companies to use this system, for which in 1908 (or 1909) it had made an improved version, using a threaded knob for the mechanismo, so that you can screw the cap on it, and then use it in to displace the nib group.
