Nel 1937 la ditta venne ristrutturata cambiando nome in ''Luigi Pagliero e F.'', e nel 1939 venne registrato come marchio di fabbrica la sigla ''LPF'' iscritta in un rombo ({{Marchio|58632}}). Il marchio più noto di questo periodo era [[Stilnova]], che venne usato dalla seconda metà degli anni '30 fino al dopoguerra. La produzione iniziale [[Stilnova]] era costituita da penne in celluloide variegata o anellata, e clip a rotellina o a punta di lancia svasata, con pennini in oro a 14 carati marchiati ''Stilnova''. Le penne erano di buona fattura, ma piuttosto spartane con decorazioni con semplici anellini sul cappuccio e caricamento a [[pulsante di fondo]].

The best known brand of this period was [[Stilnova]], which was used from the late '30s until the postwar period. The initial [[Stilnova]] production consisted of variegated or ringed celluloid pens, with wheel or spear clip, and 14-carat gold nib marked ''Stilnova''. These pens were well made, but with rather spartan decoration, with simple rings on the cap, using a [[button filler]].

Vennero prodotte in due versioni (con tre anellini o con banda decorata fra due anellini) ma in misura unica, e dotate di pennino in oro marcato ''Plevonia'' e ''585''.
