It is a of low quality production geared towards the market low end, produced presumably in the [[Settimo Torinese]] district, with desk pens and [[piston filler]] models.

Oltre alle ''[[Saratoga's]]'', è riconducibile a Mengoni la produzione [[F.O.R.T.]], marchio rinvenuto su dei modelli [[Minerva]], risultando egli titolare dello stesso ({{Marchio|63662}}). Sono altresì riconducibili alle attività di Mengoni i marchi  ''Fonteblu'' ({{Marchio|63376}}), ''Inch'' ({{Marchio|63413}}) e ''Coloniale'' ({{Marchio|67310}}). L'attività proseguì fino al [[1957]], anno di chiusura delle attività dell'azienda di [[Mengoni]].
