Attiva almeno dagli anni '40 (da lettera su Ebay del 10/12/1940). Dopo l'esproprio nazista della [[J.Brod]] ne occupò gli impianti produttivi. L'attività finì con il passaggio della ditta alla nazionalizzazione fatta nel [[1945]] dopo l'occupazione sovietica e venne adottato il marchio [[Penco]], ma il marchio ''Imperial'' sopravvisse fino al [[1950]], quando venne completamente eliminato dai listini.
