Lo stesso anno venne introdotto anche il marchio di garanzia a vita ''[[Gold Seal]]'', illustrato in figura, come risposta al ''[[White dot]]'' della [[Sheaffer]], che resterà in uso, con qualche variazione nelle dimensioni, anche su tutti i modelli successivi fino alla [[Skyline]]. Il marchio è contraddistinto da due segni di spunta che vanno a creare una "W" che richiama il nome dell'azienda. Accade talvolta di trovare penne in cui il ''[[Gold Seal]]'' presenta un forellino; non si tratta propriamente un difetto in quanto la stessa azienda effettuava una trapanatura del sigillo per marcare l'assenza della garanzia per i modelli messi in liquidazione.
