Faber-Castell'' e la ''[[Johan Faber A. G.]]'' dando vita alla ''Faber-Castell'' di oggi. Nel [[1935]] la ''Faber-Castell'' iniziò ad acquistare le azioni della ''[[Osmia]] A. G.'', all'epoca uno dei principali produttori tedeschi, assumendone il controllo per poter avere un forte punto di appoggio nell'industria della produzione di stilografiche.
