Il primo modello di rilievo prodotto dalla [[OMAS]] fu la ''[[Penna del dottore]]'', brevettato nel [[1927]] si trattava di un modello in [[ebanite]] con [[caricamento a levetta]] che in uno scompartimento posto all'interno del fusto della penna conteneva, oltre al sacchetto ed al meccanismo di caricamento, un termometro per la misura della febbre, tenuto separato dal resto tramite un divisorio metallico. Dello stesso anno è anche il brevetto per lo snodo metallico usato per la realizzazione degli stilofori, di cui [[OMAS]] fu uno dei principali produttori italiani.
