All'incirca nella seconda metà degli anni '20<ref>nel libro di Letizia Jacopini si  parla di primi anni '30 ma nelle voci relative all'azienda pubblicate su diverse annate dell'"Annuario industriale della provincia di Milano" (riportate nei documenti) vengono indicati gli anni [[1924]], [[1925]] e [[1929]], che ci portano a spostare all'indietro questa indicazione.</ref> fondò una filiale estera a Milano (sotto il nome ''"Fratelli Fend di E. Fend"'') nota per la produzione di [[laminate]] e [[rientranti]] di buona qualità (l'azienda era specializzata nella produzione di rivestimenti) che venivano distribuite con il marchio [[Fendograph]].
