(im Liquidationsvergleich) zu ändern. Gleichzeitig wurde davon Mitteilung gemacht, da1 eine deutsche Finanzgruppe unter der Fezeichnung „Osmia Füllhalter-Fabrik G. m. b. H." von der Liquidatorin der Aktiengesellschaft Waren, Patente und Schutzrecht übernommen hat und daii diese neue Gesellschaft die Füllhaltermarke „Osmia" weiterführt.
