As for photographs and advertisements, also for scans of generic documents (invoices, business letters, etc.) a specific convention was used for the names assigned to files, setting as the beginning of the name the year of publication so that they were ordered chronologically, with a file name in the form:

Year-Month-Marche-Model-TypeDocument-BreviNote.jpg

where the month can be omitted if you do not know it, and the year can be indicated approximately (for example in the form 192x) when it is not known precisely. The model can be omitted if the document is generic; if more than one model appears, use the name of the most important one. Words must be separated by hyphens and short notes must be used to distinguish documents of the same period and keep within 2 words, an example is 1931-12-Tibaldi-Mod.26-Invoice.jpg.
