Nel [[1932]] acquisì la divisione di produzione dei pennini dalla [[Osmia]] creando una fabbrica a Dossenheim. I suoi pennini si distinguono per un logo con un sole coperto a metà da una linea verticale. Attiva come azienda indipendente nella produzione di pennini fino alla seconda guerra mondiale, nel dopoguerra venne acquisita dalla [[Reform]], la produzione di pennini venne mantenuta a Dossenheim fino al 1970.
