Data da un riferimento sul retro del foglio, per la pubblicazione di una promozione per i biglietti aerei dei partecipanti al II Congresso Nazionale di Studi Romani, tenutosi appunto nel 1930, precedente a settembre essendo ancora instasta a Drisaldi. Dating from a reference on the back, for a discount notice for flight available for partecipants to the II Congresso Nazionale di Studi Romani that was held that year, before september beeing still done by Drisaldi. Advertising for a Ripple and the new Waterman_Nib_Color_Code.
