In questo tipo di caricamento in generale il serbatoio viene realizzato non con un sacchetto, ma con un tubo di gomma la cui estremità posteriore è incollata al fondello del corpo della penna che può essere ruotato, in modo da generare la torsione che ''strizza'' letteralmente lo stesso.
