Come per le altre immagini per ogni scansione deve essere utilizzato un apposito testo wiki per inserire le informazioni nella relativa pagina che è stato anch'esso standardizzato, in modo da essere coerenti, per usare un apposito template ([[Template:DocInfo]]) che consente una generazione automatica dei contenuti e delle classificazioni.
